跨国有组织犯罪问题研究

【摘要】： 随着经济政治文化等人类活动的全球化趋势日益加强，跨国有组织犯罪活动层出不穷。这些犯罪组织利用其业已积累的雄厚资金和丰富经验，不断地向社会生活的各个领域渗透，，并据此威胁着国际社会的政治、经济、文化和社会生活等方面。严重扰乱了整个国际社会的稳定，给世界各国增加了诸多不安全的因素。如何有效地预防和打击跨国有组织犯罪，成了当今世界各国共同关注的热点问题，也成为各国政府和各相关国际组织的重要课题。本文正是基于这种现实需要，从跨国有组织犯罪的一般理论入手，深入研究了跨国有组织犯罪的典型类型，客观分析了跨国有组织犯罪的时代特点和发展趋势，并结合国际社会对跨国有组织犯罪的立法和实践，针对如何打击跨国有组织犯罪提出自己一些不成熟的对策建议。希望本文的论述能对有效地预防和打击跨国有组织犯罪有所贡献。
[Abstract]:With the globalization trend of economic, political and cultural activities, transnational organized crime emerges endlessly. These criminal organizations make use of their abundant funds and rich experience to infiltrate into various fields of social life and threaten the political, economic, cultural and social life of the international community. It has seriously disturbed the stability of the whole international community and added many unsafe factors to the countries of the world. How to effectively prevent and combat transnational organized crime has become a hot issue concerned by all countries in the world, and it has also become an important topic for governments and relevant international organizations. Based on this kind of realistic need, this paper starts with the general theory of transnational organized crime, deeply studies the typical types of transnational organized crime, and analyzes objectively the characteristics and development trend of transnational organized crime. Combined with the legislation and practice of transnational organized crime in the international community, this paper puts forward some immature countermeasures and suggestions on how to combat transnational organized crime. It is hoped that this paper will contribute to the effective prevention and combating of transnational organized crime.
