武德文化与警察职业道德建设

【摘要】：中华武术在自身的发展过程中,通过对中华传统文化的吸收和扬弃,逐步形成了以“技击”为核心、融合中国传统思维方式和价值观念的一种东方独有的文化体系,成为中华文明的一种象征。 在当今,武术运动的发展形成了竞技、健身、表演等诸多技术形式,在国际上形成了一道亮丽的风景。在当今世界全球化的进程中,文化影响世界诸多领域发展的事实是有目共睹的。在武术运动日益走向世界的过程中,武术文化的重要性也初露端倪,武术中的文化成分在中华武术发展乃至社会主义建设中的重要性也是不言而喻的。作为中华武术文化的重要部分,武德文化是充分吸收中国传统文化精髓而形成的武术的核心内涵,是中华武术运动术千百年来持续发展的支撑。可以说,如果没有武德文化在武术运动发展过程中的形成和约束,武术运动就仅仅只能作为一种技术而存在,正是这种武德的约束,武术运动才被赋予了一定的高度,成为中华民族近代之前体育运动的主体。武德文化在当今社会主义建设的过程中,不仅对于习武群体具有重要的意义,在我国不同的领域内也能发挥着重要作用。其主要原因在于:武德文化是中国武术对古老传统文化中积极因素的吸收和融合,对人们来说具有普遍的教育性;习武的群体分布在不同的建设领域,在不同领域内武术练习者进行武术武德的教育,诸多领域内都能产生较大的影响;武德文化,实质上并不仅仅对习武者修身立志来说是一条捷径,对没有从事武术活动的人来说也是一种精神上的陶冶。 武术的技击功能一直在我国公安队伍中充分继承和发展,是我国公安干警打击犯罪、保护人民生命财产安全的一种技能。然而,在社会发展的过程中,公安警察的职业道德建设也越来越引起社会的关注,其紧迫性同样为国家和社会所重视。胡锦涛指出:“在公安工作中,队伍建设是根本,也是保证。”因此,作为国家机器的特殊组成部分,如果没有优良的作风,治安队伍就会从维护社会稳定、保护人民生命和财产安全的“金盾”堕落为危害社会的黑手。纵观对社会治安力量自身建设的历史,都是对个别执法犯法的犯罪分子进行法制教育和法律制裁,这种单一依法治警的形式所产生的效果不尽人意。 作者通过研究发现:警察是保持和发扬武术技击实质的特殊职业,同样也是
