网络犯罪的特点、成因及对策

【摘要】：近年来,网络犯罪猛增,危害巨大。与传统犯罪相比,网络犯罪具有智能性、连续性等显著特点。网络犯罪的发生既有主观原因,又有客观原因,要坚持“预防为主,打防结合”的方针,采取措施,加以规治。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the network crime surges sharply, the harm is enormous. Compared with the traditional crime, the network crime has the intelligence, the continuity and so on remarkable characteristic. There are both subjective and objective reasons for the occurrence of network crime.
