中国社区矫正研究

【摘要】：社区矫正是历史的产物，也是人类文明进步的重要产物，，是法律全球化的必然趋势。对社区矫正进行科学的价值评判，多视角发掘社区矫正的模式冲突与选择路径，是当前中国社区矫正理论研究的重要任务。面对“中外差别”、“地区差别”和“城乡差别”，我们必须冷静对待社区矫正这一新事物。我们还需对中国社区矫正现状进行客观审视，进行理性思考，以使中国的社区矫正制度得到完善和发展。
[Abstract]:Community correction is the product of history, the important product of human civilization and the inevitable trend of legal globalization. It is an important task for the theoretical research of community correction in China to evaluate the value of community correction scientifically and explore the mode conflict and choice path of community correction from multiple perspectives. In the face of the differences between China and foreign countries, regional differences and urban and rural differences, we must treat the new thing of community correction calmly. We also need to examine the current situation of Chinese community correction objectively and think rationally so as to perfect and develop the system of community correction in China.
