宋慈《洗冤集录》研究中的失误与版本考证述论

【摘要】：自1949年以来,研究宋代《洗冤集录》的论文和专著就出现了严重的错误,即把清代《律例馆校正洗冤录》当成宋代的《洗冤集录》,出现错误的论文有数十篇,专著有十余种。产生错误的原因是没有考证版本源流,学术界应该从中吸取教训。
[Abstract]:Since 1949, there have been serious mistakes in papers and monographs of the Song Dynasty, that is, regarding the Qing Dynasty as the Song Dynasty. There are dozens of wrong papers and more than ten kinds of monographs. The reason for the error is that there are no textual versions, and academics should learn from them.
