Trade Relations between China and Kazakhstan within the Fram

本文以上海合作组织框架下的中华人民共和国与哈萨克斯坦共和国的贸易关系为研究对象,旨在促进两国可持续发展。上合组织是旨在促进平等互利合作的有力平台,哈方认为上合组织是维护欧亚大陆区域安全与稳定的保障。在上合组织框架内,中哈双边和多边合作,在经贸、安全、文化等领域取得丰硕成果。本文将在上合组织合作框架下,分析两国贸易关系的发展阶段、中哈经济形势,研究哈中经济关系发展中存在的问题和前景。本文采用的研究方法有历史法、演绎法、图形分析法、系统结构法以及实证研究法。在研究过程中发现,许多不利因素使哈萨克斯坦和中国的经济合作变得复杂。在双边贸易领域,哈中贸易联系是不稳定:哈中在贸易和经济合作中普遍存对合作伙伴经济发展缺乏了解,信息互通与咨询服务发展不足等问题。在跨境贸易领域,正在进行现代化,这导致哈萨克斯坦的进口增加,进口商品的种类逐渐丰富,这将有助于实现中哈之间的贸易平衡。
