　　本文论述和分析了普京总统第三任期（2012-2018）内的美俄与中俄新型关系及其内在机理。文章主要运用比较分析法对美俄与中俄关系的差异性进行了分析,并回答它们之间的关系为何会差异巨大这样一个问题。本文分析国家间行为的理论基础是国际关系理论中的现实主义和自由主义。分析表明,有四个因素造成了美俄关系的恶化和中俄关系的亲密,这四个因素是俄罗斯外交政策的方向、国家彼此间的政治战略、共同利益的范围和领导人之间的关系。乌克兰危机就是一个特殊的案例。对乌克兰危机进行案例分析,我们可以看出:一方面,乌克兰危机深刻影响了俄美关系;另外一方面,为了解决冲突,美俄也致力于逐步提升双边关系。同时,乌克兰危机既给中俄的合作提供了动力,也对中俄关系的进一步发展产生了一些挑战。总之,本文研究的时间段对于国际关系理论研究者来说意义特殊,因为它很好地说明了三个大国关系的重大转变。这种转变表明,国家行为者之间建立新型关系是不可避免的。因此,俄罗斯、中国和美国之间的互动仍然是一个值得进一步研究的重要问题。
