中文文摘： 　20世纪70年代，西方阵营和东方阵营内跨国公司都获得了发展，并使相互割裂的两大阵营经济联系日益紧密，经济联系带来的客观效果使东西方关系走向缓和。跨国公司在国际经济关系中也有一定的消极作用。控制在发达国家手中的跨国公司凭借强大实力操纵弱小国家经济命脉，甚至插手他国内政，这正是国际经济政治秩序不平等的真实写照。为此，，第三世界国家奋起抗争，建立属于自己的跨国公司集团，打破了发达国家在世界经济中的垄断地位，力图在国际政治经济新秩序的建立中发挥自己的作用，以上因素互相作用使70年代的国际关系朝着相对稳定的方向发展。
