加拿大温哥华市社区建设及其启示——以墩巴社区为例

【摘要】：独特的社区建设和管理体系是温哥华市成为世界著名的宜居城市、绿色之都的重要基础。从温哥华市墩巴社区的实践看,温哥华市社区建设的机构、财政等制度框架颇具特色。社区活动包含社区规划、创业、教育、绿化、健康、娱乐等内容。温哥华市的社区组织管理模式启示我们:在社区建设过程中,政府只能适当引导,对社区建设模式的提法要慎重,既不宜把地方经验简单模式化加以推广,也不宜过度依赖行政手段推动社区的建设和发展。
[Abstract]:The unique community construction and management system is the important foundation for Vancouver to become a world famous livable city and a green city. Community activities include community planning, entrepreneurship, education, greening, health, entertainment and so on. Vancouver's community organization management model enlightens us: in the process of community construction. The government can only give proper guidance to the formulation of the mode of community construction. It is neither suitable to popularize the simple model of local experience nor to rely too much on administrative means to promote the construction and development of the community.
