【摘要】：美国与波多黎各政治关系演变研究历来是学界关注的热点。将1998年波多黎各地方全民公投作为研究对象可以较好地把握未来美波政治关系发展的大致脉络,厘清美波政治关系演变的特点。从1967年波多黎各全民公投伊始,三十年美波关系的发展承前彰显了波多黎各地方民主的进步,此后为我们理解和把握新世纪美波政治关系的大体方向提供了视角。美国国会、波多黎各地方政党、波民众对美管控的态度以及波地方民族解放运动的相互交织为未来波多黎各政治身份的转变提供了可能,而美国对波多黎各未来政治身份演变拥有单边终极决策权。
[Abstract]:The United States and Puerto Rican political relations evolution research is always the focus in the academic circles. The local referendum in Puerto Rico in 1998 as the research object can better grasp the general context of the future development of Meibo political relations, to clarify the characteristics of evolution of Meibo political relations. From 1967 the beginning of the Puerto Rico Puerto Rico referendum, local democracy progress highlights the development of Meibo relations thirty years bear before, then the general direction for us to understand and grasp the political relations in the new century Minami provides perspective. The United States Congress, Puerto Rico, local political parties, people in the United States to control the attitude of the wave and the wave of local national liberation movement to change the future of Puerto Rico intertwined political identity may be provided, and the United States on the future evolution of the political identity of Puerto Rico with the ultimate unilateral decisions.
