美国联邦应急管理局的应急信息发布渠道研究

【摘要】：以美国联邦应急管理局官方网站的政策、报道为主要数据来源,分析了美国联邦应急管理局的应急信息发布渠道。研究指出,其构成包括传统渠道和电子渠道,在发布策略上注重网络技术的应用、推进"多媒介"融合以及体现人文关怀,并批判性地总结了发布渠道还存在诸如结构冲突、官僚风气和数字鸿沟等问题,最后还提炼出对中国政府应急信息发布渠道的有益启示。
[Abstract]:Based on the policy of the official website of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), this paper analyzes the emergency information distribution channels of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and points out that its composition includes traditional channels and electronic channels. Emphasis on the application of network technology in the release strategy, promote the "multi-media" integration and reflect humanistic concern, and critically summed up the distribution channels such as structural conflicts, bureaucratic atmosphere and digital divide and other problems. In the end, it also abstracts the beneficial enlightenment to the Chinese government emergency information release channel.
