【摘要】：正从环境史的角度来看,美国自殖民开拓到大工业崛起的现代化历程可以说是几千年来人类与自然关系的一个缩影,它在取得巨大的经济成就的同时,也带来了天翻地覆的环境变迁,导致严重的资源浪费、环境污染和自然灾难。美国现代化的历史也是一部人类征服自然而又遭到自然疯狂报复的灾难史。所幸的是美国社会从现代化所引发的环境灾难中幡然醒悟,逐渐走上了环境保护的道路。因此,利用环境史的研究方法对美国的现代化经历进行探讨,不仅可以正确评价和认识它的得失成败,对于中国乃至世界其他地区的现代化发展也具有重要的借鉴和参
[Abstract]:From the perspective of environmental history, the modernization process of the United States from colonization to the rise of big industry can be said to be a microcosm of the relationship between human beings and nature for thousands of years, and it has made great economic achievements at the same time.
