【摘要】：2016年,世界政治经济形势出现了引人注目的新特征,表现为很长一段时间内蓬勃进展的全球化遭遇一系列的挫折和反制,包括脱欧公投、贸易保护主义抬头、各国经济和国际贸易陷入增长乏力甚至增速倒退等,大国关系向潜在的紧张对立转化,恐怖主义袭击的频率增加和扩散,资本主义生产方式固有的问题加剧,西方的政治智慧衰退。
[Abstract]:In 2016, the world political and economic situation emerged remarkable new features, manifested in a long period of booming globalization encountered a series of setbacks and counter-measures, including the referendum on Brexit. Trade protectionism is on the rise, countries' economies and international trade fall into sluggish growth and even decline in growth rate, the relations between big countries turn to potential tension and antagonism, and the frequency of terrorist attacks increases and spreads. The problems inherent in the capitalist mode of production have intensified and the political wisdom of the West has declined.
