拉丁美洲关于发展及其替代的论争

【摘要】：基于一种非正统的,尤其是"后发展"话语的批判性视角(并结合"去增长"和"去殖民主义"等其他观点),拉美近年来关于发展及其替代方案的论争可以划分为两大类别:一方是接受发展是进步之表现这一基本前提的替代方案,尽管它们在实现进步的具体方式上存在或大或小的差异,可称之为"替代性发展方案";另一方则是试图与将发展理解为增长或进步的公认理念划清界限的替代性观点,可称之为"发展替代方案"。
[Abstract]:Based on a critical perspective of an unorthodox, especially "post-development" discourse (and combining other views such as "de-growth" and "de-colonialism"). The debate on development and its alternatives in Latin America in recent years can be divided into two categories: one is the alternative to the basic premise that development is the manifestation of progress. Despite their differences in specific ways of achieving progress, they may be termed "alternative development programmes"; On the other hand, the alternative view, which tries to draw a line between development and the accepted concept of development as growth or progress, can be called "alternative development".
