欧洲绿色城市主义:理论、实践与启示

【摘要】：为解决城市化进程中的环境问题,绿色城市主义理论应运而生。实践表明,该理论成功指导了欧洲城市的绿色转型,通过紧凑发展、优先发展公共交通、发展绿色经济与生态管理,有效避免了城市的蔓延式无序发展,降低了城市交通对小汽车出行的依赖,城市环境质量显著提升,城市宜居性得到大幅提升。当前,中国城市化进程已经进入加速发展阶段,城市发展面临一系列问题,本文试图研究如何借鉴欧洲绿色城市主义的先进理论及实践经验,有效提升中国城镇化发展质量,并提出完善城镇化的对策措施。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the environmental problems in the process of urbanization, the theory of green urbanism emerges as the times require. Practice shows that the theory has successfully guided the green transformation of European cities, giving priority to the development of public transport through compact development. The development of green economy and ecological management has effectively avoided the sprawling disorder of the city, reduced the dependence of urban traffic on car travel, significantly improved the quality of the urban environment, and greatly improved the livability of the city. The process of urbanization in China has entered the stage of accelerated development, and the urban development is facing a series of problems. This paper attempts to study how to learn from the advanced theory and practical experience of European green urbanism to effectively improve the quality of China's urbanization development. And put forward the countermeasure measure that consummates urbanization.
