韩国老龄亲和产业的经验与不足及对中国的启示

【摘要】：中韩老龄化日益严重,经济发展缺乏人力资源驱动,老龄产业发展势在必行。比较分析中韩及韩日老龄产业现状可知:中韩老年住—养—医设施与服务、老年用品、老年休闲文化、老龄金融产业等存在较大差别;中国老龄产业尚处于初期发展阶段,韩国老龄亲和产业正成为经济增长新引擎,但仍落后于日本。中国应加强与韩国老龄亲和产业的合作,还应借鉴韩国的经验及落后于日本的教训:通过提高老年人收入水平与增强个人养老意识,政府、社会团体、企业及个人逐步提高老龄产业认知度、优化老龄产业生态系统。
[Abstract]:The aging of China and South Korea is becoming more and more serious, and the economic development lacks of human resource drive. It is imperative to develop the aging industry in China, Korea and Japan. There are great differences in the leisure culture of the elderly and the financial industry for the aged. The aging industry in China is still in its initial stage of development, and the Korean affinity industry for the aged is becoming a new engine of economic growth. But it still lags behind Japan. China should strengthen cooperation with Korea's aging affinity industry, and should also learn from Korea's experience and lessons from behind Japan: by raising the income level of the elderly and enhancing the awareness of individual old-age support, the government, social groups, Enterprises and individuals gradually improve the awareness of the aging industry, and optimize the ecosystem of the industry.
