民盟执政缅甸外资发展的新特征、新趋势及中国的应对策略

【摘要】：2016年4月1日,民盟吴廷觉总统上台执政,翻开了缅甸国内政治民主化改革的新篇章。截至2017年3月31日,民盟执政一周年,本财年缅甸吸引外资大幅下挫;新加坡投资占缅甸外资总额的半壁江山,越南投资急剧飙升,中国投资骤然下降,西方发达国家仍持观望态度,对缅投资止步不前;缅甸外资产业分布格局大洗牌,流入交通与通讯、制造业、与民生相关项目外资呈逆势大增,油气、水电、矿业等传统外资所青睐行业黯然失色。民盟新政府将发展经济、改善民生作为执政重要任务。随着民盟政权日益巩固及政策明晰化,基于独特的地缘战略位置和资源禀赋优势,缅甸未来经济发展前景看好、引资潜力巨大。
[Abstract]:In April 1st 2016, NLD President Wu Tingjaw came to power, opening a new chapter in the reform of political democratization in Myanmar. As of March 31st 2017, the first anniversary of the NLD administration, Myanmar's foreign investment has fallen sharply in this fiscal year. Singapore accounts for half of Myanmar's total foreign investment, Vietnam's investment has soared sharply, Chinese investment has plummeted, Western developed countries are still holding a wait-and-see attitude, and their investment in Myanmar has stalled; the pattern of distribution of foreign investment in Myanmar has been greatly reshuffled. The inflow of foreign capital into transportation and communications, manufacturing, and related projects related to people's livelihood has increased dramatically. Traditional foreign investment such as oil, gas, hydropower, mining and other industries have been overshadowed. The new NLD government will develop the economy. Improving people's livelihood is an important task in power. With the increasing consolidation and policy clarity of the NLD regime and based on the unique geo-strategic position and resource endowment, Myanmar's future economic development prospects are promising, and the potential for attracting investment is huge.
