安倍内阁的安保机构调整及其主要活动

【摘要】：安倍上任伊始,明确表示要调整日本原有安全保障机构的设置,强化其职能,效仿美国模式建立"日本版NSC"。2013年12月,日本"国家安全保障会议"成立,首相在安保方面的权力得以进一步强化。国安会成立后活动频繁,日本政府关于国家安保的许多战略构想和一系列相关规定首先是在该机构通过的。本文在分析安倍关于调整日本国家安保机构的设想与运作的基础上,对日本国安会的组织与权限,以及成立后两年间的主要活动情况作一介绍。
[Abstract]:When Abe took office, he made it clear that he would adjust the setting up of Japan's original security agencies, strengthen its functions, and follow the US model to establish the "Japanese version of NSC." on December 2013, Japan's "National Security and Security Conference" was established. The Prime Minister's security powers have been further strengthened. The National Security Council has been active since its establishment. Many of the strategic ideas and a series of related provisions of the Government of Japan on national security were first adopted by the Agency. The organization and authority of the National Security Council of Japan and the main activities in the past two years after its establishment are introduced.
