美国“重塑人力资源管理”对我国公务员制度改革的启示

【摘要】：1993年到2000年,美国进行了"重塑政府"改革,展现了西方国家公务员制度改革的普遍趋势。我国公务员制度实施过程中存在职位分类缺乏细化,公务员权益保障制度不够完善,监督机制不健全等问题。"重塑人力资源管理"对我国公务员制度改革具有启示意义。
[Abstract]:From 1993 to 2000, the United States carried out the reform of "reshaping the government", showing the general trend of civil service system reform in western countries. "reshaping human resources management" has enlightening significance to the reform of civil service system in our country.
