【摘要】：通过对中亚国家发展进程的纵向考察与横向比较,文章从中亚国家发展进程的总体特征——矛盾性和脆弱性以及发展态势——多样化和碎片化入手阐述了中亚国家发展的共性和特性。矛盾性和脆弱性的背后折射出中亚国家作为新生独立国家在发展过程中面临着两难,它们需要国际社会给予尽可能多的尊重、包容与帮助。多样化和碎片化的态势给中亚国家发展带来更多机遇与挑战,中亚地区运行的国际合作机制在促进地区一体化方面效率不高。它们对于中亚国家之间的矛盾或者不愿意触及,或者无力解决,或者利用矛盾,导致局面没有改善。但是毋庸置疑的是中亚地区区域经济一体化是大势所趋,它无疑将给中亚国家带来互利共赢,促进地区的稳定与发展,这也是周边邻国与大国的利益所在。
[Abstract]:Through the vertical investigation and horizontal comparison of the development process of the Central Asian countries, Starting from the general characteristics of the development process of the Central Asian countries-contradiction and vulnerability, as well as the development situation-diversification and fragmentation, this paper expounds the commonness and characteristics of the development of the Central Asian countries. As a newly independent country, Asian countries are faced with a dilemma in the process of development. They need as much respect, tolerance and assistance from the international community as possible. The dynamics of diversification and fragmentation present additional opportunities and challenges for the development of the Central Asian countries, The mechanisms of international cooperation in the Central Asian region are not efficient in promoting regional integration. They are either unwilling to touch upon, unable to resolve, or exploit contradictions among Central Asian countries. But there is no doubt that regional economic integration in Central Asia is the trend of the times. It will undoubtedly bring mutual benefit to the Central Asian countries and promote regional stability and development, which is also the interests of neighboring countries and big countries.
