浅析日本福祉志愿者

【摘要】：近年来,社会上对志愿者活动的关注持续走高,针对各个领域志愿者的研究,志愿者活动的调查也不计其数,但是对福祉志愿者相关领域的调查研究仍然较少。同时,日本又是众所周知的福祉制度相对完善的国家,所以本文从日本福祉志愿者的角度切入,从其含义,产生,发展,特点等方面分析,进而得出我国志愿者活动需要改进的地方。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the social attention to volunteer activities has continued to rise, and the number of research on volunteer activities in various fields has been numerous, but the research on the related fields of welfare volunteers is still relatively small. At the same time, Japan is also known as a relatively perfect welfare system, so this paper from the point of view of Japanese welfare volunteers, from its meaning, production, development, characteristics and other aspects of analysis, and then get our volunteer activities need to be improved.
