【摘要】：作为推进国家与地区间政治稳定、经济发展、文化交流的和平与发展之路,"一带一路"对实现朝鲜半岛和平与发展意义重大。但是,由于朝鲜半岛局势的错综复杂、利益关系相互纠葛以及大国的干预,使得"一带一路"在政策上具备一系列有利因素的同时还面临着地区间经济差异过大,政治互信缺失以及安全环境恶化等问题。为解决这些问题,必须打破既有的固定思维,在立足国内东北地区建设的同时,以经济建设为载体,以地区民间交流为突破口来推动朝鲜半岛的和平与发展。
[Abstract]:As a way of promoting political stability, economic development and cultural exchanges between countries and regions, "Belt and Road" is of great significance to the realization of peace and development on the Korean Peninsula. However, due to the complexity of the situation on the Korean Peninsula, The entanglement of interests and the intervention of big countries make Belt and Road have a series of favorable factors in the policy, while also facing the economic difference between regions is too large. In order to solve these problems, we must break the existing fixed thinking and take economic construction as the carrier while we are based on the construction of the northeast region of China. To promote peace and development on the Korean Peninsula through regional folk exchanges.
