【摘要】：在当代印度社会中,妇女地位与独立前相比有了显著提高,但男女的不平等问题依然严重。本文主要从当代印度妇女面临的安全问题来展开,分析了印度妇女安全问题的概况,该问题产生的消极影响以及问题严重的原因和解决办法。除引言和结语外,本文分为以下四个部分。第一部分介绍了当代印度妇女安全问题的概况。重点介绍了当代印度妇女面临的家庭暴力行为,主要包括丈夫在内的姻亲的虐待和施暴、女性因嫁妆致死、萨提等行为和包括强奸、性骚扰在内的社会暴力行为。从中可以看出,印度妇女面临极其严重的安全问题。第二部分分析了当代印度妇女安全问题产生的影响,分别从个人层面、国家层面和国际层面三个方面加以说明。当代印度社会妇女安全问题对于个人层面的影响,主要在于对妇女身体以及心理两个方面产生的消极影响；该问题在国家层面的影响,主要在于对印度现代化道路的阻碍；在国际层面的影响,体现在影响和牵连印度的国际声望。第三部分侧重探讨当代印度社会妇女安全问题严重的原因。主要是从宗教和父权制的结合强化了男女的不平等,法律法规制定和落实不到位,印度传统的性爱文化影响以及印度政府机构行政效率低下等几个方面着手。最后部分尝试提出了解决当代印度妇女安全问题的方法,重点要从国际社会、民族国家以及个人三个层面加以努力,并着重发挥印度民族国家在解决该问题上的至关重要的作用。
[Abstract]:In contemporary Indian society, the status of women has improved significantly compared with before independence, but the inequality between men and women is still serious. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the general situation of the security of contemporary Indian women. It focuses on the domestic violence faced by contemporary Indian women, including the abuse and violence by in-laws, including husbands, and the death of women from dowry. Satti and other acts of social violence, including rape and sexual harassment. The second part analyzes the impact of contemporary Indian women security issues, respectively from the individual level, the national level and the international level to explain the impact of contemporary Indian social women security issues on the individual level. Mainly on the negative effects on women, both physically and psychologically; on the national level, mainly on the obstacles to India's modernization path; on the international level, Reflected in the influence and implication of India's international reputation. The third part focuses on the reasons for the serious problem of women's security in contemporary Indian society. The main reasons are that the combination of religion and patriarchy has strengthened the inequality between men and women, and the laws and regulations are not in place. The influence of the traditional sex culture in India and the administrative inefficiency of Indian government agencies are discussed. The last part tries to put forward a solution to the security problem of contemporary Indian women, with emphasis on three aspects: international community, nation state and individual. And focus on the role of the Indian nation-state in resolving this issue.
