德国解决民生问题的经验与启示—以财政投入为视角

【摘要】：对民生问题的关注与重视,是党执政理念的重要转变,也是我国快速发展、文明进步的显著标志。解决民生问题,除了要对国内外财政投入解决民生理论的发展及其相互关系进行研究以外,还需要借鉴国外财政投入解决民生问题的好的做法,文章从德国财政投入解决民生问题的视角出发,论述了其在解决民生问题中的经验与启示。
[Abstract]:The attention and attention to the livelihood of the people is an important change of the Party's ruling concept and a remarkable symbol of the rapid development and civilization progress of our country. In addition to the research on the development and the relationship between domestic and foreign financial investment to solve people's livelihood problems, we also need to draw lessons from the good practices of foreign financial investment to solve livelihood problems. This article starts from the perspective of German financial investment to solve livelihood problems. This paper discusses its experience and enlightenment in solving the problems of people's livelihood.
