【摘要】：当今世界,虽然社会主义国家数量屈指可数,但是每个共产党的组织依然坚定自己的理念,坚持具有本国特色的党的章程,按照党章为社会主义事业做贡献。俄罗斯联邦共产党、法国共产党和葡萄牙共产党都是欧洲这片沃土上十分活跃共产主义组织。在经历了苏东剧变后,三者并没有放弃共产党这一名称,而是在逆流中继续创新发展马克思主义,积极活跃于本国的政治舞台。本文一共分为五章内容。第一章主要介绍三个国家共产党的基本情况和共产党党章的历史演进,使这三个国家共产党党章的发展脉络更加清晰。第二章、第三章和第四章主要从三者党章的具体内容为切入点,比较党章的异同。第五章是在前几章的基础上,分析这三个共产党党章内容异同的原因以及启示。文中三个国家的共产党都是资本主义国家的共产党,均遭到资本主义的压迫,加之国际与党内各个方面的影响,致使三个国家共产党做出了不同的反应,做出不同的决定,形成不同的具有本国特色的党章。无论怎样,三者均是社会主义不可或缺的力量,三者思想必然会对资本主义国家共产党产生影响,对资本主义国家共产党的党建思想有着重要的启示作用。另外,虽然中国共产党是世界上最大的共产党,但是这三者的党建思想同样对中共的发展起着警示的作用。通过比较分析,虽然共产党的共产主义事业的发展目标均是为了广大人民过上幸福生活,但是其发展道路不尽相同,对于共产主义的理解也是略有不同。针对这种差异性,应当给予肯定的态度,毕竟各国所面临各异的形势。在认可共同之处的同时,也要尊重各国的差异,肯定其创新之处。同时,研究各国共产党的党章,尤其是资本主义国家共产党的党章,有利于了解发达国家共产党的发展情况,有利于各国共产党之间互通有无,从而促进社会主义事业进一步发展。
[Abstract]:In today's world, although the number of socialist countries is numbered, the organizations of each Communist Party are still firmly committed to their own ideas and to the constitution of the Party with its own characteristics. The Communist Party of Russia, the Communist Party of France and the Communist Party of Portugal are all very active communist organizations in the fertile soil of Europe. After the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and East Europe, The three did not give up the name of the Communist Party, but continued to innovate and develop Marxism in the counter-current. Active in the political stage of our country. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the basic situation of the Communist Party of three countries and the historical evolution of the Communist Party Constitution. Chapter two, chapter three and chapter four mainly start from the specific contents of the three party constitutions, and compare the similarities and differences of the party constitutions. The fifth chapter is based on the previous chapters. This paper analyzes the reasons for the similarities and differences of the contents of the three Communist Party constitutions and their revelations. In this paper, the Communists of the three countries are the Communist parties of the capitalist countries, all of them are oppressed by capitalism, together with the influence of various aspects of the international and inner-Party parties. As a result, the Communist parties of the three countries have made different reactions, made different decisions and formed different party constitutions with their own characteristics. In any case, all three are indispensable forces of socialism. The three ideas will inevitably have an impact on the Communist Party of capitalist countries and have an important enlightening effect on the Party building thought of the Communist Party in capitalist countries. In addition, although the CPC is the largest Communist Party in the world, However, these three party building ideas also serve as a warning to the development of the Communist Party. Through comparative analysis, although the Communist cause of the Communist Party aims for the broad masses of people to lead a happy life, their development paths are different. The understanding of communism is also slightly different. In view of this difference, we should adopt a positive attitude. After all, countries are faced with different situations. While recognizing what they have in common, they should also respect their differences. Affirming its innovations. At the same time, studying the party constitutions of the Communist parties of various countries, especially those of capitalist countries, is conducive to understanding the development of the Communist parties in developed countries and to the mutual exchange of needs among the Communist parties of all countries. Thus promoting the further development of socialist cause.
