越南的生存逻辑

【摘要】：正越南地处东南亚战略要冲,国土面积不大,最狭窄处宽度仅50多公里,却有着3260多公里的海岸线,东临中国南海、太平洋,南向马六甲海峡、印度洋。虽非强权大国,却也能在复杂的国际政治经济格局中,在中国、美国、俄罗斯、日本、印度等世界和区域性力量的交互影响下,腾挪转移、多方周旋。其中必有独特的生存逻辑。研究和解读这种逻辑,是我们观察东南亚乃至亚太地区的局势走向的一个重要抓手。
[Abstract]:Vietnam is located at the strategic point of Southeast Asia. Its territory is not large. Its narrowest area is only more than 50 kilometers wide, but it has a coastline of more than 3260 kilometers. It faces the South China Sea, the Pacific Ocean, the Malacca Strait and the Indian Ocean in the east.Although it is not a powerful power, it can move and move in a complex international political and economic structure, under the mutual influence of China, the United States, Russia, Japan, India and other world and regional forces.There must be a unique survival logic.Studying and interpreting this logic is an important grasp for us to observe the situation in Southeast Asia and the Asia-Pacific region.
