评俄罗斯的新型现代化之路

【摘要】：近代以来,俄罗斯历史发展的主题一直是追赶西方发达国家,实现国家的现代化,但俄罗斯的现代化之路一直是片面的、扭曲的。在此次金融危机的打击下,俄罗斯下决心要改变现代化的传统做法,走新型的现代化之路。俄罗斯现代化新战略是梅德韦杰夫提出来,普京重返克里姆林宫后实际上也在实施这一战略。俄罗斯走新型的现代化之路是吸取本国历史教训的结果,也是适应时代发展潮流的战略选择,实质是在推进国家民主政治建设、尊重公民权力的基础上发展创新经济,实现国家的全面现代化。
[Abstract]:Since modern times, the theme of Russia's historical development has been to catch up with the western developed countries and realize the modernization of the country, but the road of Russia's modernization has always been one-sided and distorted.Hit by the financial crisis, Russia is determined to change the traditional way of modernization and take a new way of modernization.Russia's new strategy for modernisation was put forward by Mr Medvedev, and Mr Putin's return to the Kremlin is actually taking place.Russia's new way of modernization is the result of drawing lessons from its own history and a strategic choice adapted to the trend of development of the times. In essence, Russia is developing an innovative economy on the basis of promoting the construction of national democratic politics and respecting the rights of citizens.To realize the overall modernization of the country.
