韩国新村运动与中国新农村建设的比较研究

【摘要】：韩国与中国一衣带水，是友好邻邦。韩国政府从1970年起正式开展新村运动，在改善农村生活环境，激发农民开发热情，改变农村社会结构，促进农民观念革新，增加农民收入等方面取得了很大成果。中国在2005年才正式提出新农村建设，起步较晚。通过与韩国新村运动的相互比较就会发现，两国在农村建设内容、目标和社会背景等方面有诸多共性，但也有显著的个性。因此，研究韩国新村运动的经验与教训，，对现阶段的中国新农村建设无疑具有借鉴意义。本文通过文献分析法、比较研究法和数据统计法，分析了韩国新村运动的背景、发展阶段、内容、成果和局限性。同时，也归纳分析了中国新农村建设的提出过程、具体内涵、发展阶段、实践模式和内容，以便同韩国进行比较分析，进而提出韩国新村运动给中国的启示，为中国新农村建设提供有价值的参考依据。
[Abstract]:South Korea and China a strip of water, is a friendly neighbor.Since 1970, the Korean government has officially launched the New Village Movement, which has made great achievements in improving the rural living environment, arousing farmers' enthusiasm for development, changing the rural social structure, promoting the innovation of farmers' ideas, and increasing peasants' income.China only formally proposed the new rural construction in 2005, starting late.By comparing with the New Village Movement in South Korea, we can find that the two countries have many commonalities in rural construction content, goal and social background, but they also have remarkable individuality.Therefore, studying the experiences and lessons of Korean New Village Movement will undoubtedly have reference significance for the construction of new countryside in China at the present stage.Through literature analysis, comparative research and data statistics, this paper analyzes the background, development stage, content, achievements and limitations of the Korean New Village Movement.At the same time, it also sums up and analyzes the process, specific connotation, development stage, practice mode and content of the new rural construction in China, so as to compare and analyze with South Korea, and then put forward the enlightenment of the Korean New Village Movement to China.To provide a valuable reference for the construction of new rural areas in China.
