以色列的安全环境:变化与挑战

【摘要】：中东变局后,以色列的安全环境和安全战略面临新的挑战。中东国家发生的政局演变,如埃及局势的反复无常、叙利亚危机的不断升级,以及伊朗核问题的僵持局面,都与以色列的安全密切相关。以色列基本安全因素虽然没有发生根本变化,但阿拉伯国家政治的持续动荡,以及蔓延中东的政治伊斯兰势力的兴衰,对以色列与阿拉伯关系的改善带来消极影响,中东全面实现和平的目标显得更为遥远。以色列与埃及、叙利亚等邻国的关系发展正在受到许多变化中因素的影响。以色列对伊朗核问题性质的研判以及有可能采取的单方面行动,可能使中东局势火上浇油。以色列长远的安全环境和安全战略的变化,不仅取决于周边事态的发展,也与以色列自身在中东的战略定位息息相关。
[Abstract]:After the change in the Middle East, Israel's security environment and strategy face new challenges. Political developments in the Middle East, such as the capricious situation in Egypt, the escalating crisis in Syria and the stand-off over Iran's nuclear issue, are closely related to Israel's security. Although no fundamental changes have taken place in Israel's basic security factors, the continued political turmoil in the Arab countries and the rise and fall of the political and Islamic forces that have spread to the Middle East have had a negative impact on the improvement of Israeli-Arab relations. The goal of full peace in the Middle East is even more distant. The development of Israel's relations with its neighbors, including Egypt and Syria, is being influenced by many changing factors. Israel's study of the nature of Iran's nuclear issue and possible unilateral action could fuel the situation in the Middle East. The long-term security environment and the change of the security strategy of Israel not only depend on the development of the peripheral situation, but also are closely related to the strategic orientation of Israel in the Middle East.
