中国与越南党内基层民主制度建设比较研究

【摘要】：中越两国同属于无产阶级政党(共产党)领导的社会主义国家,都为建设社会主义而奋斗。中越两国执政党都高度重视党内基层民主的发展,但也存在着差异。本文试图从中越党内基层民主制度建设出发探索其异同,从而为中国党内基层民主制度建设提供一些有益的思考。
[Abstract]:Both China and Vietnam are socialist countries under the leadership of the proletarian party (Communist Party), both struggling to build socialism. The ruling parties of China and Vietnam attach great importance to the development of democracy at the grassroots level, but there are also differences. This paper attempts to explore the similarities and differences of the construction of the democratic system at the grass-roots level within the Sino-Vietnamese Party, thus providing some beneficial thinking for the construction of the democratic system at the grass-roots level within the Party of China.
