车臣危机：历史根源与政治现实

【摘要】： 车臣危机具有深刻的历史根源，但是导致其产生危机的直接原因却来自现实。实际上，正是车臣民族的部分精英人物或者集团为了追求更大的经济和政治利益，以民族主义为号召，利用苏联衰落、混乱，俄罗斯挑战苏联中央权威以及苏联最终解体的时机，挑战俄罗斯中央的主权；而刚刚经历民族分离和分裂的俄罗斯则对于主权和国家统一已经非常敏感，因此冲突不可避免。可以说，导致苏联解体的那些因素也是导致车臣危机的重要原因，，车臣危机是苏联解体的伴生物，甚至也是苏联解体的一部分。在车臣由政治危机发展为俄罗斯与车臣的大规模武装冲突的过程中，俄罗斯政府犯了严重的错误；同时，俄罗斯政府与车臣领导人都错过了实现政治妥协的最佳时机，从而导致了悲剧性的后果。车臣危机折射出了苏联解体以后俄罗斯国家的复杂的民族、社会状况；而俄罗斯军队在车臣的挫折，以及俄罗斯在车臣危机与战争中付出的代价，是苏联解体以来俄罗斯民族遭受的苦难的缩影。
[Abstract]:The Chechen crisis has profound historical roots, but the direct cause of the crisis comes from reality. Call, take advantage of the decline of the Soviet Union, chaos, Russia challenges the central authority of the Soviet Union and the eventual collapse of the Soviet Union, the opportunity to challenge Russia The sovereignty of the Central Committee of Sri Lanka; and Russia, which has just experienced national separation and division, is already very sensitive to sovereignty and national reunification. So conflict is inevitable. It can be said that the factors that led to the collapse of the Soviet Union were also the major causes of the Chechen crisis. The crisis was associated with the collapse of the Soviet Union and even part of the disintegration of the Soviet Union. From political crisis to Russia in Chechnya In the course of the large-scale armed conflict between Russia and Chechnya, the Russian government has made serious mistakes; at the same time, the Russian government and the Russian government have made serious mistakes. Chechen leaders missed the best time to achieve political compromise, with tragic consequences. The crisis in Chechnya reflects the complicated ethnic and social situation of Russia after the disintegration of the Soviet Union.
