浅谈萨科奇和电视媒体之间的联系

【摘要】：媒体作为传播信息的媒介，为信息的传播提供平台。进入现代文明社会以后,大众媒介在整个社会政治生活中的地位日渐凸显，继司法、立法、行政三权分立后成为第四大权利，在政治生活中起到不可或缺的作用。相比于其他传统意义上的媒体，电视的重要性在政治生活中显得尤为突出。于此同时，政治力量也有媒体化的趋势，充分利用电视达其政治需求。 本文的探讨主要分为三部分：第一部分主要从理论上描述政治与电视媒体的联系。其中包含媒体与政治利益统一化以及媒体与政治的利益冲突这两部分。第二部分以尼古拉萨科齐为例，浅谈其与电视领域的良好合作关系。此章涉及萨科奇在媒体圈内的人脉投资，电视上高曝光率以及电视对其政治形象的辅助作用。第三章阐述的是萨科奇与法国电视界的利益冲突。通过媒体反应及冲突背后深层次原因等方面来分析政界与媒体界的利益关系。 传媒作为宣传舆论工具被统治者牢牢掌控,对现代社会民主进程的推进起到了重要的作用。“政治媒体化”已逐渐成为一种时代特征。如果将“传媒”与“政治”合理结合，将会繁衍出一个新的生态空间，，其作用及影响是不可估量的。
[Abstract]:As the medium of information dissemination, media provides a platform for the dissemination of information. After entering the modern civilized society, the position of the mass media in the whole social and political life is increasingly prominent. After the separation of judicial, legislative and administrative powers, it becomes the fourth major right and plays an indispensable role in the political life. Compared with other traditional media, the importance of television is particularly prominent in political life. At the same time, the political force also has the tendency of media, make full use of television to reach its political needs. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part mainly describes the relationship between politics and TV media. It includes the unification of media and political interests and the conflict of interests between media and politics. The second part takes Nicolas Sarkozy as an example to talk about its good cooperative relationship with TV field. This chapter deals with Sarkozy's network investment in the media, television exposure and the role of television in his political image. The third chapter deals with the conflict of interest between Sarkozy and French television. The relationship between political and media interests is analyzed through media reaction and the deep reasons behind the conflict. As a tool of propagandizing public opinion, the media is firmly controlled by the rulers and plays an important role in the advancement of the democratic process of modern society. Political media has gradually become a feature of the times. If "media" and "politics" are reasonably combined, a new ecological space will be created, and its function and influence are inestimable.
