新加坡人民行动党扎根基层的动力机制

【摘要】：正新加坡人民行动党并非天然地"代表国内各方面利益",亦非基于政党自觉而重视基层工作,之所以如此,是由一系列政治制度安排以及日益增长的民众诉求所决定的新加坡人民行动党一向以密切联系群众而著称,不论是确定"为人民而行动"的立党宗旨,还是建立"人民行动党社区基金",设置"民众俱乐部"和"民情诊所",要求党的议员每周定期接待选民等,无不体现了"植根于民"的执政理念。究竟是什么原因促使人民行动党如此重视社情民意?其扎根基层的根本动力是什么?
[Abstract]:The Singapore people's Action Party does not naturally "represent the interests of all parties in the country", nor does it attach importance to grass-roots work on the basis of political parties' consciousness. The Singapore people's Action Party, determined by a series of political institutional arrangements and growing popular demands, has always been known for its close ties with the masses, regardless of its founding purpose of "acting for the people", It is still necessary to set up "people's Action Party community fund", set up "people's club" and "people's feeling clinic", and require the members of the Party to receive voters regularly every week, which embodies the ruling idea of "rooted in the people". What is the reason why the people's Action Party attaches so much importance to public opinion? What is the fundamental driving force that takes root at the grass-roots level?
