当前西方制度危机的三重解读

【摘要】：民粹主义和反全球化的兴起,让西方制度危机活生生呈现在世人面前。从大历史看,人类进入大转型、大风险时期,西方制度缺乏真正的革新,难以适应世界之变,酿成"民主悖论"。从中观历史看,世界迄今未走出全球金融危机,西方国家普遍出现反全球化、反一体化现象,制度危机的经济基础在动摇。生产方式与生活方式不匹配,传统政坛的左中右格局被打破。从短期或近历史看,移民、宗教、一体化交织在一起,考验西方的身份认同,民众不再纠缠于精英政治的"政治正确",而是借助新媒体不断表达自己,释放感性政治的威力。
[Abstract]:The rise of populism and anti-globalization makes the crisis of western institutions appear in front of the world. From the point of view of the great history, the human being has entered into a great transformation, and in the period of great risk, the western system lacks real innovation, and it is difficult to adapt to the change of the world, which leads to the "paradox of democracy". From the view of history, the world has not come out of the global financial crisis so far, and the economic foundation of the system crisis is shaky in the western countries as a result of the phenomenon of anti-globalization and anti-integration. The mode of production does not match the way of life, and the pattern of left, middle and right in traditional politics is broken. In short or near history, immigration, religion and integration are intertwined to test Western identity, and people are no longer entangled in the "political correctness" of elite politics. Instead, they constantly express themselves and release the power of perceptual politics with the help of new media.
