俄罗斯联邦“第二代”民族政策战略内涵及其走向分析

【摘要】：作为俄罗斯联邦"第二代"民族政策战略的纲领性文件,《2025年前俄罗斯联邦国家民族政策战略》的出台标志着俄罗斯在民族政策领域提出了新的发展目标与任务,其将强化公民认同和促进移民融入与文化整合作为新时期多民族国家发展的重要举措,对国家和谐民族关系的构建具有积极作用。与此同时,俄罗斯也面临着如何减少青年人对移民的排外情绪以及为民族政策战略的实施提供大量资金保障等关键问题。
[Abstract]:As a programmatic document of the "second generation" national policy strategy of the Russian Federation, the introduction of the "State National Policy Strategy for the Russian Federation before 2025" signifies that Russia has put forward new development goals and tasks in the field of national policy. It will strengthen the citizenship identity and promote the integration of immigrants and cultural integration as an important measure for the development of a multi-ethnic country in the new period and play a positive role in the construction of a harmonious national relationship. At the same time, Russia is also faced with the key issues of how to reduce the xenophobia of immigrants among young people and to provide a large amount of financial support for the implementation of national policies and strategies.
