【摘要】：新加坡人民行动党秉承忧患意识屹立于世界政坛而常青，在人民行动党领导下，新加坡在短短几十年内取得举世瞩目的“新加坡奇迹”，引起了世界各国的广泛关注。从根本上说，忧患意识是新加坡社会发展和人民行动党执政地位延续的精神支撑。新加坡作为蕞尔岛国处于东南亚的马来海洋之中，被恶劣的地缘环境及复杂的国际局势围绕着，政治社会生态错综复杂，是一个极易分裂的社会。人民行动党执政合法性的取得历程曲折，在新加坡特殊的环境中，人民行动党的忧患意识有着独特的内涵，经济衰退对人民行动党的执政合法性有很大冲击，在新加坡人民行动党的政治系统内始终存在着威权与民主的博弈，同时，人才问题越来越成为新加坡发展的瓶颈之一。人民行动党作为新加坡的执政党，必须时刻居安思危，，小心翼翼地协调好各方面的关系，并且随着国际国内局势的变化不断调整忧患意识，并把忧患意识在实践中切实体现出来。新加坡人民行动党深知忧患意识对新加坡发展的重要性，加强忧患意识灌输教育，使忧患意识内化为新加坡人民奋发图强的不竭动力，人民行动党的高层领导人到基层民众都充满忧患意识，从而使人民行动党领导新加坡在惊涛骇浪中屹立不倒。本论文力图对新加坡人民行动党的忧患意识做全面、系统的分析与论述。论文主体分为四个部分，第一部分以探析新加坡人民行动党忧患意识的生成逻辑为切入点，从新加坡的国情出发，全面剖析其忧患意识产生的历史依据和现实渊源，对其作出明确的理论阐释；第二部分从不同维度梳理人民行动党忧患意识的主要内涵，并通过分析其应对各种执政危机的策略，窥视出忧患意识渗透于新加坡人民行动党的整个肌体；第三部分研究其忧患意识内在的固有特点，通过对人民行动党执政过程中时刻居安思危的特点分析，阐明忧患意识是人民行动党执政成功的主要因素之一；第四部分根据新加坡人民行动党执政的实际情况，求索出其忧患意识教育的主要内容及实施路径，进而为丰富人类政治财富提供理论支持，为中国共产党借鉴新加坡人民行动党的执政经验提供理论支撑。
[Abstract]:Under the leadership of the people's Action Party (PAP), Singapore has achieved the "Singapore Miracle" which has attracted worldwide attention in just a few decades. Fundamentally speaking, the sense of suffering is the spiritual support of Singapore's social development and the continuation of the ruling position of the people's Action Party. Singapore, as a tiny island country in the Malay Sea of Southeast Asia, is surrounded by a harsh geographical environment and complex international situation. The political and social ecology is complex, and it is an extremely divisive society. In the special environment of Singapore, the people's Action Party's sense of suffering has a unique connotation, and the economic recession has a great impact on the ruling legitimacy of the people's Action Party. There is always a game between authoritarianism and democracy in the political system of the people's Action Party of Singapore. At the same time, the problem of talents is becoming one of the bottlenecks of Singapore's development. As the ruling party in Singapore, the people's Action Party must always be vigilant, carefully coordinate relations among all sides, and constantly adjust its sense of suffering with the changes in the international and domestic situation. And the sense of suffering in practice to effectively reflect. The people's Action Party of Singapore is well aware of the importance of the sense of suffering to the development of Singapore. It has strengthened the indoctrination and education of the awareness of suffering so that it can be internalized as an inexhaustible motive force for the Singaporean people to strive for strength. The top leaders of the people's Action Party (PAP) came to the grass-roots level with a sense of distress, so that the PPAP leadership of Singapore stood firm in the stormy waters. This paper tries to make a comprehensive, systematic analysis and discussion on the people's Action Party of Singapore. The main body of the thesis is divided into four parts. The first part analyzes the historical basis and realistic origin of the suffering consciousness of the people's Action Party of Singapore from the point of view of Singapore's national conditions. The second part combs the main connotation of the people's Action Party's suffering consciousness from different dimensions, and analyzes its strategies to deal with various ruling crises. The third part studies the inherent characteristics of the people's Action Party of Singapore, through the analysis of the characteristics of raising vigilance in the process of the people's Action Party in power. The fourth part, according to the actual situation of the people's Action Party of Singapore, seeks to find out the main content and the implementation path of the education of the people's Action Party of Singapore, which is one of the main factors of the success of the people's Action Party in power. It also provides theoretical support for enriching the political wealth of human beings and for the CPC to learn from the ruling experience of the people's Action Party of Singapore.
