【摘要】： 本文以对威权主义的理论研究为切入点,并总结了东亚威权主义政治的特点,进而对新加坡威权主义确立的经过、基本特点及所取得的成就进行概括。在此基础上介绍了随着经济的迅速发展,80年代以来新加坡威权政治面临的国内外挑战,重点对为了应对新问题,新加坡人民行动党对其威权统治所作新发展进行深刻具体的研究。最后,谈了对新加坡威权政治的几点认识。文章主要包括四个部分: 第一部分对威权主义理论的研究。阐述作为研究后发展型现代化国家政治现代化有效工具的威权主义的普遍性、现代性和过渡性,并总结了东亚威权主义政治的基本特征。第二部分,概括性叙述独立后至80年代,新加坡威权政治的建立和发展,并阐明新加坡早期威权政治的主要特点。第三部分,先从介绍80年代以来新加坡国内外的新情况入手,重点研究为了应对新的挑战,新加坡人民行动党所做的领导方式的转变、设立民选总统、扩大议会内民主、扩大民众政治参与、推广电子政务等发展其威权政治的措施。最后一部分,在前文的基础上谈了对新加坡威权政治的合理性、存在的威胁、发展趋势以及对我国政治发展的借鉴意义的几点认识。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical study of authoritarianism, this paper summarizes the characteristics of authoritarianism in East Asia, and then generalizes the process, basic characteristics and achievements of the establishment of authoritarianism in Singapore. On this basis, this paper introduces the domestic and foreign challenges faced by Singapore's authoritarian politics since the 1980s with the rapid economic development, with emphasis on dealing with new problems. The people's Action Party of Singapore has made a profound and concrete study on the new development of its authoritarian rule. Finally, it discusses the understanding of Singapore's authoritarian politics. This paper mainly includes four parts: the first part is the study of authoritarianism theory. This paper expounds the universality, modernity and transition of authoritarianism, which is an effective tool for the political modernization of post-development modern countries, and summarizes the basic characteristics of authoritarianism in East Asia. This paper briefly describes the establishment and development of Singapore's authoritarian politics from independence to the 1980s, and clarifies the main characteristics of Singapore's early authoritarian politics. The third part begins with the introduction of the new situation at home and abroad in Singapore since the 1980s. Focusing on the transformation of the leadership style of the Singapore people's Action Party to meet the new challenges, the establishment of an elected president, the expansion of democracy in Parliament and the expansion of popular political participation, In the last part, on the basis of the above, the author discusses the rationality, the threat, the development trend and the reference significance of Singapore's authoritarian politics.
