“剧场政治”下的日本媒体与政府关系研究

【摘要】: 日本前首相小泉纯一郎将日本带入了“剧场政治”时代,凭借其对传媒的善用使政权足足维持了5年5个月;作为小泉的后任安倍晋三继续沿用了“剧场政治”的舞台试图打造一个“美丽的国家”,但是一年不满,安倍便黯然下台。是什么原因导致安倍政权的迅速夭折?是谁在导演着这场“剧场政治”?“剧场政治”下的媒体与政府维系着怎样一种关系?基于这些疑问,我们对“剧场政治”下的日本媒体与政府关系进行了全面详细的考察和分析。 本文从政治传播学的分析视角出发,以小泉内阁到安倍内阁这一时期日本呈现出的“剧场政治”为背景,对日本媒体与政府之间的互动过程进行系统的阐述与研究。其目的在于明确日本媒体和政治家在政治传播过程中各自所发挥的作用及其相互关系,以求对日本媒体与国家政治的关系及“剧场政治”的特征、实质等有进一步的认识。 本文所呈现的研究资料主要是基于日本主流媒体的报道以及中国媒体官方网站上的信息,通过文本分析法和个案研究法来揭示“剧场政治”背后的权力控制关系,并得出如下结论:第一,是政府和媒体合谋导演了“剧场政治”,在狂热的“政治作秀”下难以形成批评的民意基础。第二,“剧场政治”下的日本媒体与政府之间互为影响——当政府的传播策略适应了媒体的报道逻辑,媒体便“甘心”成为政府的御用宣传工具,政府则控制了舆论的导向;当政府的传播策略与媒体的报道逻辑相悖,媒体便争取到话语权,主导着政府的议程。第三,“剧场政治”的背后折射出日本社会总体保守化的思潮。 通过研究“剧场政治”下的日本媒体与政府关系,将对日本政局关系、媒体的报道方式以及公众的社会心态有了更深的认识。在这个盛行张扬自我的“作秀”时代,媒体和公众应该怎样应对政治明星的传播战术,这是值得我们深入研究和探索的命题。
[Abstract]:Junichiro Koizumi, the former Japanese prime minister, brought Japan into the era of "theater politics", making the regime last for 5 years and 5 months with its good use of the media. Mr. Koizumi's successor, Shinzo Abe, continued to follow the stage of "theater politics" in an attempt to create a "beautiful nation," but a year of discontent led to Mr Abe's ouster. What caused the rapid collapse of Abe's regime? Who is directing this "theater politics"? What kind of relationship does the media maintain with the government under "theater politics"? Based on these questions, the relationship between Japanese media and government under Theater Politics is investigated and analyzed in detail. From the perspective of political communication, this paper systematically expounds and studies the process of interaction between Japanese media and government based on the "theater politics" that appeared in Japan during the period of Koizumi's cabinet to Abe's cabinet. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the respective roles and relations of Japanese media and politicians in the process of political communication, in order to have a further understanding of the relationship between Japanese media and national politics and the characteristics and essence of "theater politics". The research materials presented in this paper are mainly based on the reports of the Japanese mainstream media and the information on the official website of the Chinese media. Through text analysis and case study, the paper reveals the power control relationship behind "theater politics". The conclusions are as follows: first, the government and the media colluded to direct Theater Politics, and it is difficult to form a critical public opinion base under the fanatical "political show". Second, the Japanese media and the government under the "theater politics" influence each other-when the government's communication strategy adapts to the media's reporting logic, the media "willingly" becomes the government's imperial propaganda tool, and the government controls the guidance of public opinion; When the communication strategy of the government contradicts the logic of the media, the media win the right to speak and dominate the government's agenda. Third, behind Theater Politics reflects the overall conservative trend of Japanese society. By studying the relationship between Japanese media and government under "Theater Politics", we will have a deeper understanding of Japanese political relations, media reporting methods and the social mentality of the public. In this "show" era, the media and the public should deal with the communication tactics of political stars, which is worthy of our in-depth study and exploration.
