[Abstract]:There is often a deep-rooted misconception that leadership authority comes from leadership's majestic style. In fact, from a biological point of view, human behavior must follow the principle of being tough and soft, such as running, whether it's violent sprint racing or long distance race endurance, relaxed body, relaxed leg muscles, It is the basic condition of high efficiency.
