【摘要】:正初登政坛的领导者,或者是职业成熟度不高的领导者,往往存在一个根深蒂固的误解,即领导威信来自领导的威严风格。其实,从生物学的角度来看,人的行为必须遵循刚柔相济的原则,譬如跑步,无论是短跑的暴力竞速还是长跑的比拼耐力,放松的身段、放松的腿部肌肉,都是高效发力的基础条件。从组织管理的实际来看,柔性管理有时候不仅胜过刚强,而且正因为有柔性管理风格,所以其政令法规、个人指示的执行效果才远远大于令人
[Abstract]:There is often a deep-rooted misconception that leadership authority comes from leadership's majestic style. In fact, from a biological point of view, human behavior must follow the principle of being tough and soft, such as running, whether it's violent sprint racing or long distance race endurance, relaxed body, relaxed leg muscles, It is the basic condition of high efficiency. From the practical point of view of organizational management, flexible management sometimes not only outperforms rigidity, but also because of its flexible management style, the enforcement effect of its decrees, regulations and personal instructions is far greater than that of people.
