断裂的年代与美国文化战争——以枪支管制问题为研究对象

【摘要】：自冷战结束以来,美国保守派和自由派围绕着堕胎、枪支管制、同性婚姻、协助自杀、人体干细胞研究等一系列社会问题存在着激烈的思想冲突和交锋,学界称之为"文化战争"。其中枪支管制问题最具有代表性,它折射出美国文化战争的特点和复杂性。以枪支管制问题为切入点探讨美国文化战争,梳理美国持枪权的思想渊源,分析枪支管制造成美国社会断裂的原因,剖析以枪支管制为代表的议题与美国政治与司法之间的微妙关系、揭示了文化战争如何加剧美国社会的断裂。
[Abstract]:Since the end of the Cold War, American conservatives and liberals have clashed with each other over a range of social issues such as abortion, gun control, same-sex marriage, assisted suicide, and human stem cell research. Scholars call it "cultural war". The problem of gun control is the most representative, which reflects the characteristics and complexity of American cultural war. With the issue of gun control as the starting point, this paper probes into the American cultural war, combs the ideological origin of gun rights in the United States, and analyzes the causes of the fragmentation of American society caused by gun control. The analysis of the subtle relationship between the issue of gun control and American politics and justice reveals how the cultural war exacerbates the rupture of American society.
