【摘要】：苏东剧变使世界社会主义运动陷入低潮,国际资产阶级借机掀起一波又一波的反共浪潮,给波希米亚和摩拉维亚共产党的发展造成了极大的障碍。然而波希米亚和摩拉维亚共产党战胜了党内外的反马克思主义分裂势力,坚持不改旗易帜,克服重重困难,毅然决然地捍卫工人阶级和广大劳动人民的利益,从而获得了很大一部分工人阶级和劳动人民的坚定支持,使自己成为捷克政坛的一支重要政治力量。苏东剧变以来波希米亚和摩拉维亚共产党经历了建党、党内分裂和议会立党三个阶段。为了找到适合捷克国情的社会主义发展道路,波希米亚和摩拉维亚共产党在批判资本主义制度和反思苏东剧变经验教训的基础上对社会主义理论进行了探索,提出了实行以公有制为主体的多种所有制形式、建立平等和民主的社会主义社会等一系列主张。
[Abstract]:The drastic changes in the Soviet Union and East Europe brought the world socialist movement into a low tide, and the international bourgeoisie took the opportunity to raise wave after wave of anti-Communist wave, which caused great obstacles to the development of the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia. However, the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia overcame the anti-Marxist separatist forces inside and outside the party, insisted on not changing the flag, overcome many difficulties, and resolutely defended the interests of the working class and the working people. It has gained the firm support of a large part of the working class and working people and made itself an important political force in Czech politics. The Bohemian and Moravian Communists have gone through three stages since the Soviet and Eastern upheavals: party building, party division and parliamentary party building. In order to find a path of socialist development suitable for the Czech situation, the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia explored the theory of socialism on the basis of criticizing the capitalist system and reflecting on the experience and lessons of the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and East Europe. Put forward a series of propositions such as carrying out various forms of ownership with public ownership as the main body and establishing an equal and democratic socialist society.
