后金融危机时代西方社会腐败的特点

【摘要】：正华尔街的银行家们不断涌向华盛顿,又不断回到华尔街,已经成为一种传统。在这种复杂的共生体中,监管者与被监管者的边界模糊,不法利益输送成为常态除了系统性金融腐败,旋转门、政治献金、游说、任命"金主"出任大使等均属于"第二代腐败"。华盛顿主流智库将这些腐败因素纳入评价体系,排名显示,美国不再属于腐败程度低的国家
[Abstract]:It has become a tradition for Wall Street bankers to keep flocking to Washington and back to Wall Street.
