阿尔及利亚布特弗利卡改革研究

【摘要】：阿尔及利亚作为北非地区有着重要影响力的大国,近些年来保持了相对平稳的发展势头,该国在政治、经济、军事和文化领域取得了一定的进步,这些进步的取得均来自于布特弗利卡总统两个任期内所采取的改革措施。本文着眼于布特弗利卡总统十年任期(1999-2009)内推行的改革政策,特别是其推行的经济改革措施,从布特弗利卡执政前开始,全方位的对这十年的改革进行归纳和梳理,明晰其改革的举措,分析其取得的成效和存在的问题,并就这十年改革对于阿尔及利亚未来发展以及对所在地区的区域国际关系影响作出一定的探讨和分析,从而使我们对于阿尔及利亚布特弗利卡这十年的改革有一个更加清晰的认识。
[Abstract]:As a major power in North Africa, Algeria has maintained a relatively stable momentum of development in recent years. The country has made certain progress in the political, economic, military and cultural fields, all of which have come from the reform measures taken by President bad Frank in the two term. This article is focused on Burt. President fleca's ten year term (1999-2009) has carried out the reform policy, especially its economic reform measures. From Bouteflika's administration, the reform carried out in a full range of ten years of reform, clarified its reform measures, analyzed its achievements and problems, and the ten years of reform for Al and Li. The future development of Asia and the influence of the regional international relations in the region are discussed and analyzed, so that we have a clearer understanding of the ten years of reform in Algeria.
