美国布罗迪事件始末及其启示

【摘要】：通过对研究诚信办公室的设立以及它对布罗迪事件的处理等进行具体的考察,了解美国在治理学术不端行为方面构建了比较健全的体制机制,形成了比较成熟的方式方法,调查和处理过程周密而又严谨,强调诚信和尊重人权,高校能够主动地承担责任和发挥应有的作用。美国的经验具有重要的现实意义,值得我们在进一步加强学术道德建设中充分借鉴。
[Abstract]:Through a specific investigation of the establishment of the Office of Research Integrity and its handling of the Brody incident, it is understood that the United States has constructed a relatively sound institutional mechanism for managing academic misconduct and has formed more mature ways and methods. The investigation and handling process is thorough and rigorous, emphasizing honesty and respect for human rights, and colleges and universities can take the initiative to assume responsibility and play their due role. The experience of the United States is of great practical significance and is worthy of our full reference in further strengthening the construction of academic morality.
