印度北方邦议会选举述评

【摘要】：北方邦在印度政治领域中处于非常重要的地位,该邦议会选举备受瞩目。印度人民党在2017年北方邦议会选举中以绝对优势胜出,这不仅源于它组建了以总理莫迪为中心的强大竞选团体,提出了公平发展等有力竞选口号,吸引了绝对多数选民,甚至赢得少数群体穆斯林的支持,而且得利于反对阵营出现严重分歧。但是,北方邦议会中穆斯林代表性不足,印度教特性激进人物阿迪提亚纳特就任首席部长,印度人民党北方邦政府将在满足多数人利益诉求和实现无歧视的包容性发展上面临执政挑战。
[Abstract]:Uttar Pradesh plays a very important role in Indian politics. The Bharatiya Janata Party won the Uttar Pradesh parliamentary elections in 2017 by an absolute majority, not only because it formed a powerful campaign group centered on Prime Minister Modi, put forward strong campaign slogans such as fair development and so on, and attracted an absolute majority of voters. It even won the support of minority Muslims, and there was a sharp split between the gains and the opposition. However, Muslims are underrepresented in the Uttar Pradesh parliament, and the Hindu activist Aditianat has assumed the post of Chief Minister. The Bharatiya Janata Party Uttar Pradesh government faces governance challenges in meeting the interests of the majority and achieving inclusive development without discrimination.
