媒介政治的演变—从两次车臣战争的报道看近十年俄罗斯传媒与政治的关系

【摘要】： 研究背景:二十世纪末,苏联发生了震惊世界的社会变革,影响苏联半个多世纪的马克思列宁主义意识形态瓦解了。俄罗斯社会从原来的高度集权开始向激进的自由化道路转型。叶利钦时代整个传播体系的自由化与商业化是最为明显的特征。二十一世纪初期,俄罗斯传媒事业则跨入了普京执政的纪元,传媒发展相对稳定,传媒称为国家利益的服务者。转型中的俄罗斯传媒具有典型的研究价值。这就是本文将近十年俄罗斯作为背景来研究媒介政治的演变的原因。同时对我国传媒制度的改革起到借鉴作用。 研究方法:本文运用实证、资料、分析等研究方法,对俄罗斯近十年的媒介政治的演变进行分析。 研究的结果以及最终结论:媒介政治在每个国家、每个民族、每段时期的社会转型期中都存在,但是所表现的演变过程却是不尽相同。可见转型期的媒介政治的演变是具有国度、地域、文化、时段的差异的。所以对于不同的国家,不同的文化背景下,对转型期媒介政治的演变要进行具体的分析。经过对俄罗斯近十年社会转型的研究,以及对典型事件两次车臣战争报道的分析,对除俄罗斯近十年的媒介政治演变过程:俄罗斯传媒经历了从苏联集权统治控制传媒→公开性政策传媒的解放→叶利钦的传媒所有制的多元化→传媒寡头时代的传媒第四权力→普京集权制传媒是国家的服务者。
[Abstract]:Background: at the end of the 20th century, the Soviet Union shocked the world, and the Marxism-Leninist ideology, which affected the Soviet Union for more than half a century, collapsed. Russian society from the original high-degree of centralization began to radical liberalization of the road to transition. The liberalization and commercialization of the whole communication system in Yeltsin's time was the most obvious feature. In the early 21 century, the Russian media entered the era of Putin's rule, and the media development was relatively stable, and the media was called the service of the national interest. Russian media in transition has typical research value. This is the reason why this paper studies the evolution of media politics in Russia for nearly ten years. At the same time, the reform of our media system plays a reference role. Research methods: this paper analyzes the evolution of media politics in Russia in the past ten years by means of empirical research, data analysis and analysis. The results of the study and the final conclusion: media politics exists in every country, every nation, every period of social transition period, but the evolution process is different. It can be seen that the evolution of media politics in the transition period has different countries, regions, cultures and periods. Therefore, for different countries and different cultural backgrounds, the evolution of media politics in the transition period should be analyzed concretely. After studying the social transformation of Russia in the past ten years, and analyzing the reports of the two Chechen wars of typical events, On the Evolution of Media Politics in the past Ten years except Russia: the Russian Media experienced the diversification of Media ownership in the era of Media oligarchy from the totalitarian domination of the Soviet Union; the liberation of the media; the liberation of Yeltsin's media ownership; and the media oligarchy. The fourth power of media Putin centralized media is the service of the country.
