老龄化社会背景下日本福祉政策的变迁

【摘要】：日本有"银发之国"之称,是当今世界老龄化程度最高、老龄化发展速度最快的国家之一。目前,日本的福祉制度及产业发展已经相当完善,这很大程度上得益于日本从中央到地方行之有效的福祉政策。我国在2000年步入老龄化社会,目前老龄化的速度在不断加剧,但我国的福祉制度尚不完善,福祉人才培养体系尚未建立。本文旨在通过考察日本福祉政策的发展历程,为我国福祉制度和福祉人才培养提供有益的参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Japan, known as a country with silver hair, is one of the most aging countries in the world. At present, Japan's welfare system and industrial development have been quite perfect, which is largely due to Japan's effective welfare policy from the central to the local level. Our country stepped into the aging society in 2000, the speed of aging is getting worse at present, but the welfare system of our country is not perfect, and the talent training system of welfare has not been established yet. The purpose of this paper is to provide a useful reference for China's welfare system and talent training by reviewing the development process of Japan's welfare policy.
