墨西哥独立后的两次现代化进程及其启示

【摘要】：1821年墨西哥独立后进行了两次较系统的现代化努力,即19世纪末至20世纪初迪亚斯在"秩序与进步"的口号下进行的现代化运动和20世纪30年代至70年代革命制度党政府领导的进口替代工业化进程。这两次现代化运动尽管对墨西哥的发展和工业化起到了重要作用,但未能真正实现其现代化的目标。墨西哥是重要的发展中大国,对其历史上经历的两次现代化进程的模式、路径和得失加以分析有助于得出一些对于我国当前发展具有借鉴意义的启示。
[Abstract]:After its independence in 1821, Mexico made two more systematic efforts to modernize, That is, the modernization movement carried out by Diaz under the slogan of "order and progress" from the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century, and the process of import substitution industrialization led by the Party of the Revolutionary system from the 1930s to the 1970s. Although these two modernizations played an important role in the development and industrialization of Mexico, they failed to realize the goal of modernization. Mexico is an important developing country. It is helpful to analyze the mode, path and gain and loss of the two modernizations in its history.
