东亚发展型国家的转型:缘起、目标和前景

【摘要】:东亚发展型国家在完成追赶西方国家的历史任务后必须实现国家治理的转型,即由发展型国家转变成为平衡型国家,实现国家、市场、社会三种力量的协调与平衡。东亚发展型国家的转型,是一个延续时间较长的过程,其关键在于以法治重理国家、市场、社会三者相互之间的关系。这种转型,对当前我国国家治理及经济、社会建设具有重要的启示意义。
[Abstract]:After finishing the historical task of catching up with the western countries, the developing countries in East Asia must realize the transformation of state governance, that is, from the developmental state to the balanced state, to realize the coordination and balance of the three forces, namely, the state, the market and the society. The transition of developing countries in East Asia is a long process, whose key lies in rearranging the relationship among countries, markets and societies by the rule of law. This kind of transformation, has the important enlightenment significance to the present our country government and the economy, the social construction.
