好生活与拉丁美洲左翼的困境

【摘要】：拉丁美洲政治中出现的问题,不仅仅是事关发展、增长或环境的争论,更是事关文明进程本身的一场意义深远的争论。阿根廷马克思主义学者阿蒂略·波隆的著作《帝国主义地缘政治中的拉丁美洲》详细分析了拉丁美洲的战略部署对美国的重要性以及对左翼政府和进步社会运动造成的挑战,在拉丁美洲引起了巨大反响。作者认为拉丁美洲基于其文化传统提出"好生活"的发展理念是对占统治地位的传统发展观念提出了挑战,需要对好生活理念在单一城市中存在的问题以及好生活、生态主义与后资本主义社会关系问题进行思考。在此基础上,作者以拉丁美洲的实际案例辨析了榨取主义与发展主义的区别。
[Abstract]:The problems in Latin American politics are not only about development, growth or the environment, but also about the process of civilization itself. In his book Latin America in imperialist geopolitics, the Argentine Marxist scholar Artillo Bologne analyzes in detail the importance of the strategic deployment of Latin America to the United States, as well as the challenges to left-wing governments and progressive social movements. In Latin America, the response was enormous. The author believes that the concept of "good life" proposed by Latin America based on its cultural tradition is a challenge to the dominant traditional concept of development, and needs to address the problems existing in the concept of good life in a single city and the problem of good life. Ecologism and post-capitalist social relations are considered. On this basis, the author distinguishes the difference between squeezing doctrine and developmentism by the actual case of Latin America.
